John was admitted as a lawyer in 1984. John has been a Principal at Browne & Co. since 1990 and has extensive experience in a broad variety of courts, commissions, tribunals and other judicial forums in various jurisdictions across Australia.

He is a litigation lawyer with particular expertise in commercial and insurance matters, product liability, personal injury, trade practices, intellectual property and employment law.

John is also skilled in developing cost effective risk management strategies for his clients, both in a commercial capacity, and in the conduct of litigation.
