Dean was admitted to practice in 1995. Dean has been a Principal of Browne & Co. since July 2009, having commenced with Browne & Co. in 2003.

Dean has legal and commercial expertise in a wide range of areas including commercial and general litigation, public and product liability litigation, negligence, personal injury, breach of contract, trade practices and consumer protection legislation.

Dean also provides commercial, strategic and general advice to a number of national and state sporting organisations.
